El robot aspiradora que adquirí me salió defectuoso no sé si sólo el mío o todos tienen este problema, que se queda estático golpeandose con la pared o con cualquier mueble durante mucho tiempo hasta al punto que se debe de apagar manualmente , luego se queda dando vueltas igual mucho tiempo y debo de volver apagarlo , solo lo tuve 20 días y en ese tiempo hizo lo mismo 3 veces, esa fue mi experiencia con este producto. Ya lo devolví y Solo estoy esperando el rembolso de mi dinero

Update 2.21.26 Changing review back to 5 stars - the manufacturer fixed all of the issues and sent it back quickly. It's working great again. I regret not calling them sooner! Update 1.16.26 It has now erased my home map multiple times. This week it is no longer recognizing my living room as a room and there is no way to divide/combine rooms or name it, because it's not clickable. It's been a very loud obnoxious noise (long video added). It's much worse when moving from room to room but the video is of it docking. There's nothing wrong with the bottom of it and I just replaced everything on it with a replacement kit, this did nothing to stop the noise. The app constantly says the mop mount is unmounted, which is annoying because I need to remove it and put it back on, despite nothing being wrong. I'm very irritated with this thing. When it works it's amazing but when it doesn't I want to scream. Will absolutely never buy this brand again. Update 10.19.25 Despite being logged in the entire time with my account, my map keeps getting wiped out. I'm not understanding what's going on or why it's happening, but it needs to be remapped about once a week which is nonsense. Also, the mop pad is junk. It tore at the edge and left the piece of plastic inside exposed which makes it very hard to attach to the Velcro pad. I bought replacements since, but those are doing the same thing. Adding a pic of the less severe one but will add the bad one shortly. Side note - I have NOT washed these in the washing machine and have hand washed only. There's no reason that these should've came apart so easily. Otherwise, it does an amazing job cleaning and we still love it. Where to begin. The amount of things that this robot vacuum can do is wild, the good wild. The app. overwhelmed me at first, but I'm a tad inpatient and had to force myself to sit and get acquainted with it. And I am so glad that I did! This truly is a smart robot. It learned the layout of our house quickly and when it got stuck or went somewhere it would get stuck, I was able to enter a "no-go zone" on the app. And now she stays away from my rugs and the air ducts on the floor. She cleans the house within 35 minutes, vacuuming at super suction and mopping, and we barely know where she's at. Our last robot was LOUD & obnoxious. Constantly crashing into things, running over our toes in the kitchen, getting stuck, and not connecting to the app. The cleaning pad should be cleaned after each use, or at least throw into a cup of soapy water/vinegar to get clean. If you leave it, it will smell bad lol We hope that June-y has a long, healthy life of cleaning up after our pets & children!

I upgraded my old Roborock S4Max, that I loved, to this one. I gave my old one to my parents because it still worked wonderfully. I have given this one a real chance but I am highly disappointed. I cannot trust it to clean my home without being home to monitor it. It does not go over low pile rugs or mats without sucking it up into the vacuum and then continuing to try to vacuum. No alert or notice is sent to my phone that there is an issue. I have decreased the suction level and it still is a problem. My old unit did not have this issue. I can foresee a burned up motor or such if I didn't catch this unit each time it had a rug sucked up in it. It will also go over large diameter power strip cables and then get stuck because it can't get back over it. Again it does not sent an alert through the app or end the cleaning. It just continues to try to become unstuck. My old unit would attempt to get free and then after a period of time, shut down and an alert would be sent that it was stuck. I did my research on this model before buying and thought it was a good upgrade, now I regret giving my old unit away before proving out that newer was better.

I had two roborock s6 Pures that work great for years. Replaced one after it finally was wore out past repair with a q10 X5. It was a disaster getting it up and down wood to tile transitions and mapping. Replaced with a Q7 M5 and it works great.
