Never buy seeds from China! I ordered bulbs and I got tiny seeds. I read that China is sending noctios weed seeds to Americans.

Are these evergreen that stays green all year?

No, the are not. They are perenial. Die down in the fall and grow back in the spring. That's if the seeds germinate and grow into the plant...which mine did not.
