I am a size 10-12 and it fits great.I am not sure about larger sized people if it would adjust as its stretchy so may do. It fits through the belt hoops and easy to thread. I am thinking of getting another in a darker colour. its comfy when you sit and its barely noticeable when walking, some belts i have had have ridden up or snagged my t- shirts.
