Tastes great with a good balance of sweet while not overpowering. Suggested use recommends new users should start with a half scoop to assess tolerance. The 1st day I used a full scoop and got a headache. (I am sensitive to some herbs) second and third day cut back to 1/2 scoop with no issues. I ordered this as an alternative to having coffee or pre-workout as my morning energy drink. Since starting my health journey back in October 2024, I am always on the search for anything that can be a healthier alternative for my body. I also intermittent fast, and prefer not to break my fast if I don't have to. The taste is great. I am a very picky taste person as well. I mixed it up fine with a frother in one of my old blender bottles. I mixed it with 15oz of water and found the taste to be very pleasing. I also didn't have/feel any bloating after drinking. I am looking forward to using it longer and seeing how it benefits me!

I was very skeptical about buying this flavor because anything strawberry is usually sickening sweet. But the kiwi flavor overpowers the strawberry in this one and it has a twangy tartness from the kiwi, which I find delightful. Serving size is one scoop to 16oz cold water. I use an empty glass synergy bottle and refill it each morning. It’s the perfect size for 16oz. I just started it, but I definitely noticed an effect after a few sips. I felt energized after drinking it. It’s very very expensive in my opinion, so I drink 8oz (half my bottle) in the morning, then 8oz in the late afternoon to give me a boost.
