Why are these $29 each on the Ubiquiti store, but $135/3 here?

I just picked up 3 of these at $31.99 Plus tax. At Micro Center...

This switch dose not supply power (POE) to any ports. Port 1 can be plugged in to an up stream POE switch which will supply power to this switch so you do not need to use the included power cable. If you need to plug in a device which requires POE then you need a different switch or to use a POE power injector.

Are these actually managed? do they show up on the ub dashboard as the larger switches do? can i mirror a port?

Yes, you can see them and manage them from the dashboard.

Looking for failover solution. Is this switch able to switch to a secondary source if the first one is down? If not, any suggestions?

From my knowledge UDM model has fail over within ubiquiti. But I do know tale into cosndierstiom what your root switch is and prioritize lowest from there and highest to cluster one
