Second time around in reading the Rebus novels. Well written, compelling and enjoyable. Set themselves came in a timely manner and very happy with the quality. Consider it very good value for money considering the cost, not that much for some cracking books.

Introduction to Rebus
A great introduction to Rebus, with a set containing the first 9 Rebus novels. Read in order it shows the development of the character until he settles into the well known Rebus of today. The tenth book is NOT a Rebus novel, but one of Rankin's standalone books - as engaging as ever, but not part of the Rebus cannon.

I first read Knots and Crosses and was hooked on this author and Rebus series. Very intelligent and engaging novels. This is a great cost-effective way to get his novels.

Great price for the first ten Ian Rankin ... John Rebus novels! Works out to a little over $4 each for new paperbacks. I would have given this Five Stars except for one thing .... the size of the print. Extremely small. I almost have to use a magnifying glass to read them.

Nice set, but I was expecting the first 10 Rebus books. You get 1,2,3,6,7,8,9 and 21 and a random novel. Especially bad for me since I already own 1,2 and 21 and I’m not interested in the other book.
