This is my first drone and I could not be happier. Packaging, contents, operating manual, software, the device and controller all have a quality feel. Product operates as promised and operates well. As a newbie, I crashed it several times (always my fault) into bushes or walls or trees. No damage. Keeps on going. I had some questions on operation and they were answered quickly through WhatsApp. I can't believe how much technology is packed into it.

**Manufacturer doesn't support this drone, not even in their website.** First one I received was already used and had a bunch scuff marks and scratches on them. I requested the replacement and it arrived shortly. The second one I received didn't have were missing the charging cables and spare propellers. I could live without the cables but there was no replacement propellers from the manufacturer to buy from. Learn from my mistake and don't be blinded to the cheapish price for this drone.

Goid drone and easy to fly except the battery. It can only last like 3-4 mins flight time.

I was skeptical at first of its quality. It seemed to offer the features of more expensive drones at a budget price. I have been very pleased with it’s operation. It does everything I wanted and more. I don’t know how well it will last as compared to more expensive models, but packs a lot into it. It takes a little time to familiarize yourself with its operation, but is made for a beginner to catch on fairly quickly. I am still learning to use it to its fullest extent. I have flown it in my yard, a large empty basin, and out near more scenic views a couple of times. Having two batteries is a plus. The case is great to carry it all in. A fun experience. The pic is just one I took in my backyard as it hovered.

This thing works great. It is my 1st drone and it is very easy to use and durable. I have flown it several times and it links easily to my phone and takes ok pictures and video. The reason I say its durable is because I have crashed it into small trees on occasion and it has survived without damage. Love the auto take off feature.

This is supposed to be an entry-level drone. My 13 year old-tech savy son could not get the drone to connect. The instructions are very vague and no information online to help trouble shoot issues on how to even start the drone. Once the drone actually flew it, with adequate gps signal and wifi connected around our home it immediately made a dive for the closest tree possible and crashed. No immediate damage noted but on the 2nd attempt made an uncontrollable dash for another tree and broke an arm. This drone is a waste of money.
