Very good bread knife but too short for my loafs. So I bought a bread knife with a 12 inch blade. Had to buy a new bread knife after the handle on mine broke, this knife is brilliant slices through bread with ease and the bread doesn’t crumble if you cutting through a sour dough or bloomer! Very sharpe, easy to use and great quality.
