Can I just eat 4 spoonfuls of ghee instead of 1 of butter oil? Could that be an equivalent nutritionally?

Ghee is heat extracted and high vitamin butter oil is centrifuge extracted without heating and retains more nutrients and vitamins.  Its luke the difference between pasteurized milk and raw milk. Different nutrient profile.

Where is this product manufactured?  Where are the cows located?

My understanding is that the product is manufactured here in the USA. The company is located in Logan, Utah and so that is I assume where the cows are located. I have been using the product for a couple of years and it ships from Utah, I would recommend the product. Does this butter contain vitamin k2?

Yes, though like all naturally whole unadulterated foods, varying nutritional amounts cannot be labeled. Presumably the K2 is both Mk4 & Mk7 forms. Since we don't know how much harder to get Mk4, I also supplement a little Thorne's Mk4 drops.
