It arrived with the outer packing clean and intact, but on opening it, I found the plastic bag it was in was dirty and ripped, quite obviously a return. The coil was oddly shaped, more oval than circular, so badly that it didn’t fit into the stovetop, and one contact prong was badly bent inward.
