Good, firm neck roll pillow and a really good size for me. However, it heats up immediately and retains warmth. If that is what you want, I would recommend. If you need something to keep your neck cool, I don’t recommend it.

I love the feel of the pillow and it sleeps well but the reason I gave it 4 stars I wish it weren’t quiet as tall, it only cradles one side of my neck. The material is very soft and it is a good size but it will not give enough to cradle your neck all the way across, I’n my opinion it needs to be a little deeper in the cradle of the pillow to allow your whole neck to snuggle down inside the pillow. I did not notice any smell from the pillow when I opened it. Good value for the money. I have some slight tingling in my right hand that I was hoping the pillow would help with. I am hoping the longer I use it the pain on the right side of my neck{like a crick} will go away. Except ffor that one thing, it is great!

Great neck pillow. After breaking my neck I need support while sitting and laying down. This pillow does just that. Firm and strong and supportive. No sagging. Bought a 2nd one and yes its great too. Cover washable and actually goes back on like new. Worth every penny. A+++

Waste of money, too bulky and painful to use. Actually hurt my neck

Could go either way, but not a fan of this pillow. It's too tall! And two dents. Your head should comfortably sink into a pillow, especially a cervical neck one. I bought a few of different types of cervical neck pillows, and honestly the Menlo Park one blows this one out of the water. The reason why I bought this b e s p i l o w was to get a little bit of extra support behind my neck when I'm taking a nap in a reclining chair, or on a couch. But this particular pillow puts so much strain on the back of my neck, and pushed my chin to my chest. Worst thing ever! I started getting pain down my left arm to my pinky and ring finger. That's not good! I am definitely returning the pillow for sure. Won't buy from this company unless they make a couple changes. If you are the manufacturer of this product, read carefully.. The general shape of being a bean is cool. Definitely get the side support. But... it's just way too tall. I'm sure you could shave about 3 in off the bottom, and still have a structurally comfortable cervical neck pillow. Also, the firmness level is way too stiff. There's no give or play. There should be some kind of variable degree of firmness and softness from the outer layer to the inner layer. I just didn't feel that when I laid my neck on it. I'm a big guy, over 300 lb. And it was still pushing my chin to my chest. So imagine a little tiny woman who's 100 lb, and 5 ft tall? Recipe for disaster if you ask me.
