とてもよく切れる！洗いやすくて清潔！ あらかじめ刃が外せる設計なので、一定の角度以上広げると刃は外れます。そういう設計なので。それを理解した上で使用する分には全く不満なし。

After ordering a few different stainless steel scissors for kitchen use, I enjoy the simplicity and feel of this one in my hand compared to the others. Three of my fingers fit snuggly through either side of the handle (Index, Middle and Ring Finger). The scissors cut well and the quality appears very nicely finished considering the price. The blade length is shorter compared to some of the other stainless steel scissors which I like for meal prep, and they are easy to clean without substantial crevices for food and bacteria to build up in. The only minor complaint that i would have is that the package was open when i received it from the seller, not sure why.

よく切れるし、接合部分の分離ができるので洗いやすい

最初重たくてびっくりしましたが使用には問題ないです。野菜や肉もサクサク切れてよいです。 大きさのわりに刃の部分が気持ち短めで、一発でバッサリというよりはちょこちょこ切り進める感じが少しイメージと違いました。頑丈でステンレスで分解できて、欲しい機能がそろっているので長く使えると嬉しいです。

非常锋利，好清洗

すごくいいんだけど・・・ 使ってる途中、洗うときなど、外れやすい。 すぐ戻せるけれど、ちょっと面倒。

今までKitchenハサミを購入しようと色々検討した結果こちらの商品を購入いました。 オールステンレスで簡単に分解出来、衛生的 開けづらい袋物をカットするのに 毎回普通の鋏を持って来て切っていたので 無駄な手間が解消されました 我が家ではブロッコリースプラウトを良く サラダの食材として使うのですが 包丁だと上手く切れずにいました Kitchenハサミは無駄無く綺麗に カット出来てストレスが減り 調理が快適になりました 先端も適度に丸くなっていて安全に使用出来て お肉を切る時など包丁とまな板を使わず 洗い物が少ない点も助かります

love that it is detachable and i can clean the part around the hinge so easily. can simply detach and put in the dishwasher. dries fast, no need to worry about rusting or grime build up around the hinge. well made and feels so solid. hopefully will last a lifetime

Update 01/2026 After almost 5 years, I have 3 of these scissors and they have been excellent; still a very sharp edge. Note: tho the pair parts are interchangeable each pair is adjusted for a perfect fit and we’ve found it best to keep pairs together. Made in China, and very nicely forged quality and honed. Really nice polished finished stainless steel kitchen shears. The ones I received are well built with a solid well secured swivel pin and nice finish. They have already been put to a number of challenging tasks and worked well. These are very sharp, easy to use and we like how they come apart for easy cleaning. No more inexpensive shears with plastic handled blade that frequently trapped food between the blades and plastic supports. Now highly recommend these totally stainless kitchen shears (scissors) as an alternative for food prep. Appear to be Identical to some brands 4 times the price also foreign made...
