Classic Design, Excellent Fizz – Great for Cocktails, But Cartridges Add Up I love the classic, elegant look and the superior carbonation this iSi Siphon provides. The build quality is excellent, and it feels like a professional piece of bar equipment. The water is incredibly fizzy—much better than store-bought. It's easy to use once you get the hang of the charging process (just one CO2 charger per liter). The soda stays charged for a long time.
