Product Description All Gorilla products started with this adhesive. The Original Gorilla Crew is known for its incredible retention and versatility. The water-activated polyurethane formula expands within the adhesive surface, making it a strong bond to almost anything. Gorilla Glow is a completely waterproof adhesive that is safe for indoor and outdoor use and strong enough to withstand the elements. Gorilla Glow is a convenient solution for almost any project or repair. Sandpaper and paint friendly Simply put, the strongest adhesive on the planet. How to use: 1. Prepare the adhesive surface and slightly moisten: All surfaces need to be clean and dust free and fit well. Glossy surfaces such as metal, glass or plastic should be rough so that the adhesive adheres firmly to it. Lightly dampen one side of the surface with water. We recommend using a damp cloth or spraying with water. Never allow surface to be completely submerged in water. For high density hard wood, lightly moisten both surfaces before sticking. 2. Apply glue evenly to the other dry surface. Apply carefully. Do not apply too much. We recommend wearing gloves or using a disposable brush to spread the adhesive. 3.Clamping the two surfaces tightly. Make sure the pressure caused by the clamp is evenly across the entire surface. If there is no clamp, be sure to place heavy objects and Gorilla tape to get moderate pressure. Leave it on for 1-2 hours. For best results, wait 24 hours for curing. 4.Adhesive Removal: We recommend using a dry cloth or regular paint thinner to remove the excess loose glue. If the adhesive gets dry, you can file or sharpen it to remove. 5. Glue Storage: Wipe the bottle lid and nozzle with dry cloth after use. **Q: How do I get gorilla premium glue off my hands? I have tried thinners, turpentine, meths,petrol & hand cleaner.**
A: The brown, expanding Gorilla glue, can be removed from hands or work with acetone, before it sets. Once it starts to set, (pretty much immediately), it can be removed only by mechanical means (scraping). A great glue for models but keep the acetone at the table.

**Q: Will this work on vinyl?**
A: polyurethane glue sticks to practically everything - including your skin and clothing.  One thing you should know about it is that as it dries, Gorilla Glue  expands when it cures, creating a foam 3x thicker than the original application. If you are trying to seam-seal vinyl flooring, this would not be a good choice.

**Q: How can I keep the glue in the container from drying out once I open the glue container?**
A: It does not dry out easily. It sets up with atmospheric moisture, and a little of that moisture goes a long way. I go along with the squeeze-all-the-air-out method, but know that once you cut that spout, the bottle of glue's days are numbered even if you are VERY careful. Silicone caulk also sets with moisture, and I keep partial tubes in the hard freezer. It works well. Maybe if you freeze polyurethane?

**Q: Can I use this to add tile to painted sheetrock?**
A: The glue swells as it dries, it would not be suited for gluing anything together that you would want to be perfectly flat and can not vice together. Since this glue swells according to how much you use, you would have to be pretty darn accurate per tile.
