It makes light, fluffy tortillas that come away from the parchment paper well, cook nicely and stay together to make a good taco. THE TASTE IS WONDERFUL! I’ve tried a couple of different brands & nothing tastes like Masienda. All of the colors of masa are very good, with the yellow being my favorite. I can make tasty, delicate, thin tortillas with it. It’s delicious for sandwiches. In Addition, it’s the healthiest one around. I’ve read the labels & compared the fiber content. Maseinda masala has as much as 3 times the fiber content of other brands. Yes, it’s more expensive, but it’s worth every penny.

AMAZING FLAVOR I bought this to replace my other masa harina which unfortunately had soy (soy allergy) contamination. The flavor of this is so good I regret buying tortillas. I used it for cornbread and it is finely ground snd soft. I can't wait to make tortillas with it.
