Has anyone sit a baby in the with their life jacket on too?

Have not used a life jacket and not sure there’s enough room for it as the baby’s waist would likely be too tight of a fit with a life jacket on. There is a extra fabric (kind of like a little sling) that sits underneath their bottom to provide more stability. Great sun shade, floats perfectly and the attached toys are fun for them
