Does anyone know if this will fit a Genesis G70 as some other kits do ?

Will this intake system ever be carb compliant? i’ve heard that no new intakes are carb compliant because it takes awhile to become carb compliant

At this time, CARB compliant intakes require that a box or stock location box be used. Some of the intakes with shields are getting approval, but its taking a very long time to get that approval.

Will this fit a 2022 Stinger Scorpion?

Yes, it fits like a glove! I just put them in my GT1.

Does it come in a set of 2 or 1? and does it fit a 2022 kia stinger gt-line?

It comes in a set of 2. It is for the 3.3 liter V6 Twin Turbo. If your car has the 4 cylinder you will need a different intake kit. I don't believe the V6 engine has changed between model years but I think the 4 cyl has. Hope this helps.
