Using this for a week now. its working perfectly. lot of tunes to chose from. you can adjust volume as you want. You can download the instruction manual from from pressfit website for details on pairing & selecting the tunes. I use this for my elderely mother to call for any help. Its battery operated, so its easy we can place it anywhere you want, even carry it with you within the operating range. good value for money.

Note: The bell comes with 1 year warranty Usage - Duracell MN21/23 Cell Typically rang - 100 Times Span - 8 Months 1.My bell remote stopped working after 8 Months. 2. I contacted the service support and explained the event. 3. The operator redused the service saying that remote only has the warranty of 6 months. 4. I explained that it is sold a whole product with the bell so it must have the warranty of 1 year. 3. 5 Days passed I contacted them again the operator still refused and I requested to talk with the supervisor. 4. I was not connected but operator told me that service will be provided on discussing with supervisor. 5. They decided to honour their brand commitment and picked up the product ( no pick up charges) and delivered the new remote within 7 days. 6. I paired it with my bell and it is working good. Apart from the hassle and time spent, I feel quite satisfied with the outcome.
