It is attractive, easy to add links to, simple to clean, and most of all it is super comfortable. I've had to use medic alert devices for many years and this is the best one yet! Better still, the customer service from Dolceoro is extraordinary. I had a question about the writing becoming illegible, and the representative walked me through a cleaning procedure that restored the bracelet to new condition. You will never regret purchasing one of these - just don't get it too tight! A little movement makes it totally comfortable. I added 2 custom links and they also are perfectly done. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Works ok *by C***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 11, 2020* You cant fully customize it like some others and the springy band scratches skin getting on and off and catches on clothes. I have small wrists and at least it fits in the small size. I was recently put on blood thinners and that's essential information in an emergency, but the brand of drug you are on is important so just having it say generically 'blood thinner' isn't very useful which I realized after I had ordered it. I found others that are more comfortable and that you can customize for a bit more money, but you dont know what will work until you order it, so this will be put in reserve in case I lose the nicer one and until I can reorder. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost Perfect *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on June 23, 2020* It's a very good bracelet from the front side! When it flips to the back you can't see it's a medical alert bracelet. It just looks like a fashion bracelet. It does come with an extra link of the red medical sign so I had to pay a jeweler to insert it. Now it's perfect! I sent an email to the seller suggesting they should come that way. Hopefully they will change it.Update: I now see it shows you can change the links yourself. I don't know how hard or easy that would be. I still think it needs to have the red medical insignia visable front and back.
