Funktioniert überhaupt nicht

Bought the 2-pack Simply Auto DEH004 reusable car dehumidifiers as the weather has been extremely damp lately and I was noticing increasing condensation inside the car. Within 24–48 hours both units had changed fully to pink, which actually surprised me – clearly my car was holding far more moisture than expected. That alone made them worthwhile as it showed they were actively absorbing humidity rather than just sitting there. They’re compact, easy to place on the dashboard or footwell, and the colour-change indicator makes it very clear when they need recharging. Being microwave-safe for drying is a big plus and makes them genuinely reusable. For winter damp or mist on windows, these worked well for me

They actually work well, but do take a little while to start functioning

Bought on the strength of a recommendation from a friend, these are a rare example of a car care item that actually works. Used in an older car that frequently gets a foggy windscreen, since using these I haven't had one morning of trying to clear the window with a cloth, or waiting 5 minutes for the demister to win the battle. Small enough to put in the glovebox when not in use, effective and easy to use thanks to the colour change spots, which seem to be fairly accurate in terms of when it's time to give them a blast in the microwave. A recommended item!
