What are the inside dimensions and usable depth?

Inside dimensions are approximately 14" x 9" x 3.75".

What is the wall cut out size?

Odd, my 9” version measured 9.25”. No way it would fit into a 9” cut. It’s 9” at the back. But tapered to 9.25” at the front. It’s the front that has to fit the cutout.

Can you install a power outlet inside this box?

There are two holes on each side of the 3 knockouts for electrical boxes. The problem is that trying to find a box with ears that align with those holes is challenging. Legrand sells a kit over $30 that includes a box, switch plate cover and outlet but it is way overpriced for what it is considering you can buy a metal box, outlet and switch plate cover for under $8. If you go to the blue big box store, you can get the 3.5" deep Raco Model #8590 box that aligns pretty well if you use #8 washers under the two screws that hold the ears in place on both side of the box. With samsung connect box, do i need the 17" with bracket or without bracket? what is the bracket exactly?

The bracket version is not necessary for mounting the Samsung One Connect Box. The universal mounting bracket is designed to maximize compatibility with 3rd party devices, so if you have additional devices you plan on mounting in the enclosure then you may want to consider the version with the bracket.
