No they are not washable and actually fell apart quickly

can you tell me exactly how thick in inches,1/8, 1/4, 1/2..??.Thank you

1/4 of an in. thickness. Been buying for yrs. When first tried made my shoes little tight. No worries, with usage they'll go down a bit and form to your feet.

Can someone please tell me the thickness of these insoles in millimeters? Dr. Scholl's said they are "not too thick", that does not help.

You cut to fit them in your shoes so they are big, but you can cut/trim them to your size.
