Genuine OEM newest version
OEM part that works fine (as it should since it’s a genuine Yamaha part. Note, this is the latest version (revision #2) which has different connectors if the original switch is old (mine was 10 years older). Just make sure you have wire splicers, heat shrink tubing, and/or electricians tape. I had to splice two of the original connectors wires to the new part. The rest of the connectors were fine.

You may pay a bit more for this one - but no re-drilling relative to knock off products.
Yamaha F250 / 2008 - Bay boat No re-drilling relative to knock off products and easy to install.. Make sure you disconnect your main battery before doing the exchange. When you go to screw the plate to the dash, put this strip of silicone caulk on the dash where the plate will mount - will keep water from draining between Plate and the dash and console.

I purchased a similar one that was not made by Yamaha. It lasted a year. My original factory one lasted 20 years. Never again will I not by brand name Marine products.
