Great books for five year olds.
If you're looking for a book to keep your five year olds attention this would be the set to get. As my five year old tells me "it's not scarey and besides that's just the kind of kid i am !" He loves reading a few champêtres a night while in bed. Based on his love of these stories I will definetly be buying the next set.

Perfect for 6 - 9 year-olds who are into lighthearted scary stories
My kids started reading Goodebumps books when they were around 5 or 6 years old, and I thoroughly recommend them. I have to ask my kids to stop reading and turn out their lights at night, they are so into RL Stine books.

Spooky and fun!
A wonderful edition to my library! For fans of the original books, a great addition to the series. Books were shipped quick with no signs of wear or imperfections. The books were packaged well. Slappy has always been a favorite and scary character. All of the stories that feature Slappy are spooky and fun. I would buy again!

Great books
My kid doesn't like to read chapter book . But these books is the first time makes him to reads books without picture. I am so so glad him to choose these books. Everyday he fisinsh one book. I have to order another set.

Slappy is for all ages
My son started reading about Slappy in 3rd grade in his older sisters Goosebumps books, he was an addict. He has always loved Halloween and to be scared. He is 21 now and I bought these books for him more as a collector item for his personal library. Although I'm sure he will read them because.....it's Slappy!

Fun to read out loud with the kids
My 6 and 7 year olds love them. No pictures but they're easy to read. They're fun and not scary. The kids are easily able to understand all the situations. I like reading it to them too which is a plus.

Gave this set to my granddaughter for Christmas. She was very excited to get it. She loves to read and enjoys all of the Goosebumps books.
