For jal neti you need an isotonic solution typically 0.8% w/v or 8 gm / litre. Now most of the bottles available on amazon are 330 ml or 500 ml, so the salt solution becomes too concentrated. These sachet are 5 gm each. They should offer 2.5 or 4 gm sachets.
