As someone who struggles with anxiety and a non-stop mind i'm always in the market to find something to help level me out and who doesn't love a cute little bevvy! When I first tried these adaptogen drinks I was looking forward to the idea of a 'liquid meditation'. It was a very subtle feeling but I did notice after having my first one that I was walking a little lighter and felt an overall sense of calm. All the flavors are quite pleasant - very light. Each respective flavor comes through in a very subtle way and not overly sweet. My favorite was the ginseng plum flavor, a really nice combo! Overall I would definitely recommend these as a nice midday beverage to enjoy and help level you out!

Great tastey way to decompress. I buy this way too much, it's a great calm replacement to alcohol or even soda in the evening. I keep turning my friends onto this. As someone with anxiety I love the ashwagandha and other great things in this that is calming. Love it! And I love the flavors better than other brands. Ashwagandha is the most underrated supplement that we could all use. So happy seeing it in drinks!
