It came with everything shown in the listing, and it all works well. I am a little skeptical about the quality of the hinges on the safety glasses, and also the adjustment strap in the rear for tightening to your head size, but it has been holding up fine. For the price, not sure you can find all this in one package. The ear muffs are comfortable, they detach easily when not needed, and work well. The tinted fold down visor comes off with just 2 screws holding it on, and seems to be solid. I don't use that part, so mine is removed. The light was charged out of the box, and has been working great as well, very bright and stays on, even after being whacked around. I do recommend this for anyone that wants all the features this has to offer in a smaller price tag, especially if you only require a helmet occasionally and not daily. 6 months later: After many many uses over the past several months, I have no complaints about this helmet, other than when the glasses that are stored up inside the helmet are raised and lowered, they rub against the inside structure of the helmet which scrapes against them and leaves visible scratch marks. Over time these scratches start to interfere with your view. Other than that, this thing has been solid and is still a great value. Review: I love that the head lamp can be worn by itself. The hat is sturdy and comfortable. It came with a pair of saftey glasses to wear in addition to the eye shield as well as a skull cap to wear under the hat. Multiple layers of protection and a nice draw string bag to store it in.
