There are very basic and food sticks to it very easily. They are also difficult to clean as they just stain brown in the middle and it doesn't come off easily. I wouldn't bother trying to get two different size pans. Instead, just invest the same amount of money in 1 decent non-stick frying pan. You will have one decent pan rather than two pans that will annoy the life out of you.
