Are 350 and 650 size good enough ? I mean in terms of performance for a medium size bedroom

Anyone got any ideas how to get inside this fan to clean it ... mine's full of dust and fluff, and I just want to clean it down before I put it away?

If you look at the back of the fan at the top there are two small screws. Remove them and keep them safe to one side. Then with a small screw driver you can push down gently at the four small clip arms that hold the front to the back. These clips are evenly spaced around the joint. Once released the two fall apart easily. Now you can access all the parts to clean them. Then just need to do the reverse operation to assemble it back together and replace back the small screws you removed earlier.

Yes I would think so. The blade cover spaces are very small and the blade is far back so I don’t see a toddler being able to damage them self

If you bought it in the UK, under the Consumer Rights Act (2015), you are entitled to goods of satisfactory quality. One aspect of this is durability and it is not a fixed definition. If you had bought a bargain basement fan for £30 you expect a certain level of quality, but we are talking about a £150 fan at full price. You could argue that if the fan were to break outside of the 2-year warranty that because this is a premium product, the expectation of quality (and thus duration) is a premium level also. Were you to find yourself in this situation, you are entitled to a refund from the seller (the Act concerns the seller, not the maker) within 30 days, but a more reasonable request might be a replacement. Similarly, were you to mention "The Consumer Rights Act 2015" in correspondence with the seller, you may find things happen more quickly. If that doesn't succeed, then a quick email to your MP usually gets things sorted within an hour or two.
