The front has provision and space for up to a 16-page booklet with liner notes, instead of the 4th CD, if desired. The cases will serve my needs perfectly. There's no space to insert front or back labels (unless you glue them on the outsides) or the booklet that accompanied your CD set. These are decidedly NOT for classical CD's, which always have a booklet. Maybe they're okay for storing game CD's. I'll be returning these. That being said, they're of decent quality and well made, not as flimsy as many I've seen. Hence the five stars.
