Just perfect. Sometimes I would buy size 6 or 7. Ordered size 7 to be sure they fitted. Slightly big, but this allows me to wear thick socks. Lovely and light on your feet. I would highly recommend.

Very comfortable trainer
Great for long walks and workouts at the gym. Go down half a size and still have room for gym socks. Ideal for medium wide feet and for my planter fasciitis. The material on the front lets your feet breathe. Would be nice to have a trainer like this in leather all over for wet windy weather too.

Absolutely the best and super comfortable shoes! I use them literally every day to just walk around and also for my running workouts. The ventilation is good, if is windy you can really feel a breeze coming inside the shoes that I think is great. I went half size up just to be sure but they are actually slightly big so I would say to go true to size because you will still have extra room.
