Delicious sweet bitter BALANCED taste with a hint of orange, Seriously good quality chocolate Smooth texture Doesn't stick on your palette or teeth, it just melts.

Generally, the Whole Truth makes quality foods that are actually food. Unfortunately, there are some challenges with temperature control in the real world. Although the company packs things well, there seems to be a problem with the chocolate being too cold at some point before it arrived at my door. Sadly, this caused the chocolate to denature, turning white and losing both flavor and texture. I look forward to the company adjusting this in the future, and perhaps increasing the orange flavor or adding candied orange to the bar to improve it. The other chocolate bars I’ve ordered from The Whole Truth have consistently been great!
