Excellent product. Much easier for me to use than mixing a powder packet and hoping it will dissolve properly. It's not chalky, travels well in a little pill box in my purse or car, and is perfect pre-workout, post-workout, or especially when my P.O.T.S. symptoms flare. 10/10!

taking these can change the vibe of my whole day! it give me the time I need to get myself feeling better when i get dizzy. I dont even vibe too much with the flavors normally(grape &fruit punch) but they actually taste good, i dont dread taking them when needed!

If you have POTTS this is a lifesaver- for when you get imbalanced. I also carry them on hikes to use when I get light headed or begin to sweat too much in the heat. my brother is a farmer outside and this helps him in the summer also but he calls them salt tabs

These work very well for my medical needs. They are very strong tasting, but not a salty taste. Rather a fruity artificial taste. However, I assume that is needed to mask the salt. They are very pricy though, and most people they gear these towards will require a lot more salt then these provide. One thing I will say is that they work very quickly! I feel relief from being woozy within minutes.

A must-have for POTS! I drink electrolytes all day, but on flare days, it's still not enough. I can't use the traditional salt tablets that my neurologist recommended because they made me severely nauseated. I have difficulty swallowing, and they'd get hung up in my throat, too. (Very Gross!) But with these, I can chew them up and get the benefits much faster. The taste is a bit strong, but considering how much sodium is in it, that's to be expected. I've found that keeping it in my mouth and chewing it a little over time (like you would a peppermint or lifesaver candy) makes the taste less overwhelming. I recommend these to anyone with POTS or dysautonomia, especially if you have difficulty swallowing. They've been a huge help for me!

These taste good & helped keep a cramp at bay while I was running.

I love these. I DO NOT use them as a main source of hydration, I drink two TRIORAL packets daily with added mio drops for flavor, but if I am feeling off at work and have already had a lot of electrolyte water, I take one of these. I don't even usually need to take two, just one. They definitely taste very strong but duh, I think they taste good and they go down okay. Since I don't take em a lot, 1 bottle of 60 has lasted me 4 months, so very cost effective for me. I'm sure I'll use more in the summer.

Excellent for leg and feet cramps.

I have POTs and these make a noticeable difference when I'm having an episode. Literally can go from barely responsive to back to normal in a few minutes sometimes. Taste great, I hate strong flavours so they are quite strong for me but can manage them better than most other ones

Life saver for people with POTS

These are great. My daughter hates Powder electrolytes so I bought her these for her Pots.

Taste strong and not exactly nice but not bad either. Why in earth have you put a sticker over the information on the labels though, very unhelpful

Easy to take. Great for exercise in hot weather.
