I get dark roast because of GERD. The darker the roast, the less acid. That being said.... Every time I brew a cup... Basic with literal sugar and soy milk, it tastes like a cup of hot cocoa made with a darker chocolate. So good. Very smooth. And in the summer, it cold brews up easily as well. Between this and black silk by Folger's, coffee can become luxurious.

It does not sit badly on my stomach and is smooth. I do not get an acid taste from iI rely on coffee for my daily boost! For a lower priced coffee we enjoy this more than any brands we have tried the past several years. The flavor is full and dark but smooth and not overly acidic. This will be our go to!
