I’ve been using this 80QT BODEGACOOLER on weekend drives and it’s been pretty reliable. The dual-zone setup is convenient—I keep drinks on one side and frozen snacks on the other, and both hold temperature well even after long hours. The app control is handy when I’m in the driver’s seat and don’t want to reach back. The wheels and retractable handle make it easier to move than I expected, though it does feel a bit heavy when fully loaded. One small drawback is that the lid needs a firm press to close properly. Overall, a practical fridge/freezer for road trips and home backup use. Quiet, efficient, and gets the job done without much hassle.

I love this thing already. Will use it over the Christmas break for our family trip and hopefully it’ll work flawlessly. Seems very nice quality and easy to use. Cooled down from 63* F to 0* and 35* (L and R) within 45 minutes on a warm 75* day here in Cali. 5/5 would recommend.

I purchased this on Prime Day '24. It arrived in a timely manner, upright, and appeared undamaged. After following instructions and waiting for 24 hrs before using, I plugged it in and it did not work...at all. Went through the channels of troubleshooting and eventually ended up having to return it for a replacement. So we did that. The replacement was apparently damaged in transit and I was told I would be refunded the purchase price. Seems fair, except the seller still has them in stock....why not just send the customer another one? Also, the current price for the cooler is now over $200+ more than what I purchased it for on Prime Day. Amazon is ultimately saying that they will credit me the difference if I order another one, which is kinda BS, this is not Amazon's fault. It's the sellers unfortunate costs of shipping overseas, these things happen. The Amazon option is really the only option being given to me. Is what it is, but it seems like the customer is having to deal with the seller's burdens. Not a good business model IMO. My son has this very same cooler and he loves it, works like a beast and keeps everything frigid cold. It's shame the seller can't DO BETTER. Update 8/7/24 : Third time was a charm. Finally got one that works. Their product is sound and I would give it 5 stars. I understand things happen and am happy to have a working truck fridge. The process was more work than it should’ve been.

I used the BODEGA cooler during a trip, and it kept my food cold or even frozen with no issues, even on long drives. I did have a minor motherboard issue after the warranty expired, but customer service responded quickly and offered a replacement at a reasonable cost. Sturdy, efficient — I definitely recommend it.

Die Kühlbox von Bodega kam sicher verpackt bei mir Zuhause an. Mein erster Eindruck von der Kühlbox war sehr positiv, da sie sich hochwertig und robust anfühlt. Der Kunststoff wirkt nicht billig und auch die restlichen Elemente der Kühlbox sind ordentlich verarbeitet. Sie lässt sich einfach schließen und sie öffnet sich auch nicht einfach von alleine. Leer wiegt die Kühlbox auch nicht so viel, was den Transport auch um einiges leichter macht. Die Rollen an der Kühlbox machen einen soliden Job und sie haken auch nie. Auf dem Gehweg und auch auf der Wiese lässt sich die Kühlbox einwandfrei hinter mir herziehen. Besonders wenn sie sehr voll ist, wiegt sie schon so einiges, weshalb das fahren deutlich besser ist als das Tragen. Im Prinzip lässt sich die Kühlbox wie ein Koffer fahren und der Griff lässt sich auch weit genug ausziehen, so dass ich ihn angenehm halten kann. Bedienen lässt sich die Kühlbox sehr einfach. An der Seite kann ich schnell und unkompliziert die Temperatur in beiden Fächern ändern, jedoch nutze ich meistens die App zum Ändern der Temperatur, da das einfach nochmal angenehmer funktioniert. Die App war schnell eingerichtet und das Verbinden mit der Kühlbox hat auch wunderbar geklappt. Sie ist übersichtlich gestaltet und ich habe mich schnell zurechtgefunden, weshalb das Bedienen dann auch kein Problem mehr war. Über die Größe der Kühlbox kann ich mich definitiv nicht beschweren. Mit einem Volumen von 35 Litern ist sie deutlich größer als unsere alte “einfache” Kühltruhe und man merkt das bei der Nutzung auch sehr deutlich. Es passen viel mehr Getränke und Lebensmittel hinein und besonders gut gefällt mir, dass es zwei Fächer gibt. So kann ich das eine Fach als Gefrierfach und das andere als Kühlfach nutzen. Ich habe auch mal gemessen, ob die Temperatur sich in einem Fach senkt, wenn das andere Fach deutlich kälter ist und tatsächlich ändert sich nichts, was natürlich sehr gut ist. Die Temperatur bleibt auch immer so wie ich sie eingestellt habe und sie steigt nicht plötzlich an. Das in der Kühlbox enthaltene Schneidebrett ist ganz nett und den USB-Port finde ich ganz praktisch. Bei solchen Geräten ist auch immer wie wichtig wie sie mit Strom versorgt werden können und die Kühlbox bietet hier genug Möglichkeiten, so dass ich sie immer einsetzen kann. Meistens wird sie per Stromkabel bei uns Zuhause mit Energie versorgt, jedoch klappt auch das Laden per Zigarettenanzünder sehr gut. Es gab dabei keine Probleme und besonders wenn man unterwegs ist, ist diese Möglichkeit die Kühlbox zu laden Goldwert. Fazit: Ich bin mit der Kühlbox sehr zufrieden. Sie bietet großen Stauraum und die zwei separaten Fächer sind sehr praktisch. Über die Qualität kann ich auch nicht meckern und auch die Kühlung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Steuerung per Handy ist sehr angenehm und Probleme sind bei der Kühlbox bisher auch nicht aufgetreten. Ich kann sie daher weiterempfehlen.

We took this fridge camping for a week in Cornwall after first testing it out at home. It performed flawlessly for the whole week. We found that 3 degrees was the best fridge temperate with a fully loaded fridge, no freezing and everything was nicely chilled. We didn't use the freezer function when camping but I did test it at home and it froze a ice block without any problems. It's quite quiet when running although not silent, we had it at the porch of the tent and it never disturbed our sleep. It also doesn't run all the time. We found the baskets to be useful for loading it into the car, we chilled everything down the night before and then took the baskets out to put the fridge into the car and then put the loaded baskets back in as that made the weight much more manageable. The app does work although we didn't really use it as the controls are easy to use. I can highly recommend this although I would wait for it to come up on offer or a deal to save some money like we did.

Una nevera robusta y con muy buenas calidades, fácil de configurar y de emparejar con la aplicación del móvil. Quizá no sea la más barata, pero merece la pena si quieres una nevera para todo uso
