Wore them to a several day event where I was on my feet for over 14 hours each day. The height increase is very nice but the more height you add the more comfort you lose. I got cramps in the middle of my feet. The end of the insert does not reach all the way to the end of your toes, meaning you will be able to feel it drag along your toes as you walk. That was not comfortable. These are more about increasing height than comfort.
