I notified the company and they got back to me within 48 hours, asked me to explain the situation and promptly agreed to refund my money. The representatives were very courteous and responded every day until we got the situation resolved. Good company to deal with.
Review: Buy it you need this - I shut it off at night, start it in the morning when I start coffee, then off again at night it runs all day, ice size is nice for ice chompers and drinks we love it! It is great for frozen cocktails. A tiny bit noisy but I can handle that! Can you for that ice, boy I sure can.
