I liked the style and that it’s easy to set up. I just don’t know if I can take off the whole beeping sound when unlocking.

I wanted a smaller safe that didn't really look like a safe, this fit the bill! Was able to easily place a Honeywell Fireproof box ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CIAO77W ) in this with room to spare (to ensure fireproof for needed items and organize space in safe as this has no internal shelves/dividers)! Pros: -Looks great -Arrived in perfect cosmetic shape -Plenty of space (width/depth) for items, height for me works fine just make sure what your going to put into the safe will fit -Size of safe allows you to utilize the top (further hiding this is a safe). I was able to sit my Brother MFC printer on top with no overhang -Internal lining was done nicely -Second key slot cover included (very nice) -Support, I contacted them about the cover (via amazon communication as there was no other method provided, I much prefer voice/email over having to use the "contact" button inside a retailers website) and they got back to me within 24hrs, so good response time for their users Cons: -While wouldn't say useless, but the fingerprint reader needs you to place your finger to unlock in the same orientation that it was setup in (yes, you can use the other "spots" to semi-resolve this) -Setup of the pin/fingerprint while not hard, was not smooth, and it "lost my pin once at the beginning and I had to renter this to resolve. -Not fireproof at all, other than the exterior is metal and this is how fire-resistance is determined. -Bolts "close" while door is opened if the button is pressed at all -Key slot cover works well to hide slot, but the magnet feels weak and can be lost. Wished was a slide or hinge -Weight... this one is tricky, but my first impression was its not heavy enough (materials/size/purpose for what it is). With the dimensions and its empty weight its easy for someone to pick up and take away, but they are not going to be running with it for long distances. The reason I said this was tricky was depending on what you put into the safe can easily add weight making this a non-issue -Bolt holes, I appreciate this (not using them) I wish they came with "caps" so people like me who do not use them will not have open holes in their safe. -I know this doesn't need a shelf, but wished it had a divider (adjustable/removable) to organize with. I have accomplished this with a lockbox, but wish the company had provided something -Hate batteries as the primary method on a stationary/permanent item. Wish this had USB or AC power with the internal batteries in the door as a backup incase their was an issue with the primary power source vs the battery box provided. -Cost... while this is subjective, I would offer that there are other safes that provide the same/better size and features than this. I ultimately went with this do to the appearance, but feel its overpriced at the price point I paid.

Bought this for a small space in my bus and I love it. Biometric and key entry is just perfect. Love it for on our travels. I can take a gun and our money and also put my jewelry also.

It works nicely. The fingerprint works well and fast. The safe looks good. I like it. When I first bought it, the fingerprint and password combination did not work. I contacted support and they helped me figure out how to get it working. I needed to remove the cover behind the safe and move the position of the motor plug to another outlet in the motherboard. Once I did that it worked great.

Small safe suitable for watches jewelry and paperwork

This product works as expected. Very nice and leave no finger prints. The only problem I have with this product is that the cap, that hides the key hole and emergency batter plug is missing. I wanted a nice high tech safe, but now it look tacky.

The door isn’t secure no matter how you lock it. The door opens with a firm pull. Not so safe.

It does what it’s supposed to do. I took two stars away because I couldn’t get the touchpad to work. I actually had to take off the cover plate on the inside of the door. There was a four pin cable that was not plugged in, and guess what? That was the cable for the touchpad. I connected it and the touchpad started working. Problem with this is, not everyone is going to do what to do if this happens to them. Quality control needs to be improved.
