Included is a USB dongle and it paired with my computer super quick and has a stable connection. The wireless range is excellent, I walked from upstairs where my work station is to downstairs into the kitchen and it stayed connected. It doesn't drop calls or have a lag. The battery life is very reliable and lasts through my work day without needing to be recharged. This headset is an Excellent value for the price. This is hands down the best headset I have ever owned. The MOPCHNIC Model :KH113M is AWESOME! I've been a truck driver for over 20 years and I am always looking for the next best headset out there I've been through a few in my day. When it came it was beautifully packaged and the Bluetooth connectivity was very easy to set up. It has a very compact size, and the sound quality is FANTASTIC! It's very comfortable, it holds a charge all day, and the price is absolutely fantastic. It's so lightweight and comfortable can honestly say that sometimes I even forget I'm wearing a Headset . The controls are very simple and I absolutely love the mute button on the microphone. So if you're in the market for a great Bluetooth headset this is the one.
