Being able to see these numbers move daily keeps me motivated to eat right and stay active. Also, on the bottom of the scale, there are non-slip pads to keep the scale from sliding on a slick floor. I like that this scale can be setup to track data for multiple users. The standing platform is nice and big, at 14 x 12 inches. Also, you will need to download the FitDays app to integrate with this scale. The scale can be integrated with 4 different apps – Insmart Life, Apple Health, FitBit, and Google Fit. Each one is free to download from the App Store or Google Play, and will track anything you want it to track. The apps will also be on the lookout for trends or patterns. If you are someone who likes to keep close tabs on your progress while working on your health and fitness, this scale is a great tool and motivator. The display is large, colorful, and clear. I ordered this to help me stay on track with getting in better shape. I didn't want to know just my weight, although this is an accurate and easy-to-read scale, but also my BMI and body fat measurements. And yes, I realize that there are varying opinions about the use of those figures, but that is what I have to measure my progress with for now, so..... This scale is well-made and appears accurate. I base that on the fact that I weigh myself before going to the doctor's office, and this scale has been consistent in moving along with that "official" figure. The BMI score flows from there, so also accurate. A real bonus is that I don't have to tap the scale to wake it up before walking on -- it gives me instant feedback the moment I put my feet on the surface. The black color bends nicely and doesn't stand out in my closet. I can "hide" it in plain sight. The instruction booklet is extensive and answers all my questions. The app is a nice-to-have, and I have had zero problems syncing up. I don't keep them paired at all times because I tend to compartmentalize. Overall, I am very happy with the scale, and it seems durable enough that I will be using it for the foreseeable future. Happy to recommend!

Me llegó súper rápido y es tal como se describe. Pequeña y ligera pero súper rápida en las mediciones y transferencias al móvil. La instalación de la aplicación es sencilla y se vincula en segundos. Diseño elegante. Da mediciones de todo aunque no creo que muchas de ellas sean precisas. Pero lo importante es que pesa con precisión y es lo que buscaba. Lleva incluidas las 3 pilas AAA. Que es de agradecer tal como vienen otros artículos. Esperemos que sea duradera y no se averíe.
