Entrei em contato com o suporte da empresa, enviei o número do lote, data de validade e até foto do frasco. Após várias trocas de e-mail, a resposta final foi que não poderiam me enviar o laudo porque comprei pela Amazon Brasil, e não diretamente com a loja deles. Ou seja: o mesmo produto, do mesmo lote, mas sem acesso à documentação de segurança — o que considero inaceitável, especialmente para um suplemento que pode conter substâncias perigosas se não for devidamente purificado.
