the bottle has directions. I believe it's only 1 or 2 drops per teaspoon.

Does this need to be refridgerated after opening?

No you don't need to although I do refrigerate it simply because I don't use it all the time. Also just a tip use saran wrap under the cap to help keep the smell down!!

Will this make your aquarium have a bad odor

You soak your food in this, not add directly to the water, as long as you are not over feeding this should in no way cause your tank to smell
