You might be able to wear it as a back plate vertically but as a chest plate you’ll have be sure you can close any pocket you fit it in. Otherwise it is a versatile addition. **Q: Does the 25lb fit the goruck plate carrier 3.0?** A: No. Too long. You can use a 10 and a 15 or a two 15 plate as they are the same size combined as the standard goruck plates. I have 2 15 in my Rucker 20l which has the same size plate pocket as the plate carrier. I would put the heavier plate on the bottom as the 10 is a little thinner than then15.
