why is so many people complainng its turning on by itself ..has this issue been fixed

The microwave oven turned on and caught on fire on 12/30/2022 at 4 am…thank god for the smoke alarm…small damage to the kitchen but no one got hurt! You decide if you want to make the purchase!

Can you key in an exact time setting for cooking?

The Galanz 0.7 cu ft. Retro microwave has a digital display for easy control of the oven. However, when setting time, the dial moves in 10 second intervals for the first 5 minutes, then 30 second intervals to 10 minutes, then 1 minute intervals to 30 minutes, and 5 minute intervals up to 95 minutes. If you need more precision, multistage cooking is available on this oven allowing up to 3 stages. If you are looking for cooking precision down to a 1 second interval, this may not be the oven for you.
