I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review for these as I’ve had different pumpkin seed capsules that didn’t work. My hair started coming out about a week into starting HRT, literally coming out in huge amounts especially when I washed it. I was devastated as I’ve been through hair loss before and it’s taken years of finding the right supplements etc to stop it. It has been stable for the last few years, then 9 days into starting HRT my shower was full of hair again. I tried pumpkin powder capsules first because they seemed to be higher strength than the oil but there was no change. After some research I realised I needed the oil and got these which seem to be one of the highest strength/lowest price. I take three every morning and I’m into my third month. The hair loss started slowing down noticeably when I was half way through the second pack and now I’m back to very little loss each hair wash. I’m noticing my hair brush and hoover isn’t full of my hair either. Really happy with the results! They’re good value enough to keep taking them, maybe I’ll drop to a maintenance dose in another month or so.

I have now purchased this many times after seeing a significant growth in my hair. My hair started shedding owing to iron deficiency. It became very thin and brittle. I started using this and within weeks noticed an improvement in the condition, my hair stopped shedding completely, and more importantly, I was seeing growth. Would recommend

Very good product

Too early to see if they are making any difference, but the capsules I found were easy to swallow ( capsules are large for anyone who struggles to take supplements), they don’t taste of anything. Ingredients are what I expected and seems good value for the price. I’m taking them for thinning hair… so fingers crossed they will help
