The aleppo pepper comes in a vacuum packed, resealable bag.... So it is really fresh tasting, easy to use, reseal, and stays fresh.

Description says 4oz - all answers say 2. Is it 4 or two oz?

This product description includes a variety of products to choose from, and the answers are combined to this page. That's why you see some say 2 oz and some 4 oz just because these are different products. The Aleppo pepper is 4 oz and so is the vegetarian soup. All the other products here are 2 oz. All the true actual weights are always within the name of the product.

once oppened how long would this keep, do oyu store in pantry or refer?

I've stored this and similar items in my pantry for several years with no issues. If you have room in your refrigerator, storing it there might prolong its shelf-life.

I'm not sure. You can check on their web site. The amount I ordered is quite a lot unless you need an extremely large amount.
