Review: I could tell you the taste is agreeable, that it helps augment a diet to maintain proper nutrition, that they didn't price gouge when most other food sources did, or that it seems like the ethical path forward for food, and I'd be telling the truth, but it's not what I appreciate most. I started trying Huel when I was in dark times. I was too depressed to care about myself, was having horrible GI issues that made it difficult to eat (so I was losing a lot of weight), and certainly didn't care enough to make myself food. As someone who hates product placement, I hated I learned about it from Jonathan Ross on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, but I tried it anyways. After I tried it for a few days, I ditched soylent and others, and started ordering Huel regularly. Got me through some dark times, and has stayed a favorite of mine.

A: No Soy.

**Q: Does it need to be refrigerated or cooled before consumption? I work construction and don't have access to a fridge/cooler on site.**
A: Since it is a plant protein drink it does not need to be cooled. I just tried this drink and it taste tart but my mom says it is chalky. We prefer the Soylent drinks more. You do not have to refrigerate them either but they do taste better chilled.

These have really been the key ingredient to my weight loss regiment. I'm down 20lbs since October, and it would have been difficult without Huel. These drinks supplement a lot of lost nutrition from a calorie deficit diet, and because they use real coffee for the flavor, it also helps suppress my appetite a bit. They are surprisingly good tasting for a "protein shake". They aren't chalky like a lot of others on the market, and are surprisingly filling. Overall, I'm very happy with these and have ordered 3 cases so far
