It's brilliant watch strap a little stiff , but overall really good value and looks good too!

I am becoming obsessed with watches my brietling was my only watch which was ok but I would never wears it when gardening etc. so I started researching other brands that were capable of taking a hiding.i now have25 watches all Casio and citizen. And one or two seikos . I had to get this little belter from the US as I could not get anything but black in the uk . It’s a fantastic good looking watch I fell I love as soon as I saw it. I will have to get the other two colours without she who must be obeyed finding out. It functions flawlessly it’s light to wear and it has real wrist presence. Friends have asked to see it and are considering getting one. Buy it you wont regret it.

Good value for the money.

Everyone is raging about this watch saying it’s the best watch EVER!. No it’s not. While Casio are good at making cheap tough solar watches, this is really an upgraded version of their best selling solar watch, the AQ-S800W. This is better than the current model. Functions are the same with stopwatch, countdown timer, world time, 5 alarms and the hourly beep, a little backlight which illuminates the tiny lcd screen, 100m water resistance and it feels sturdy, robust and lightweight but can take a beating in the outside world. This new version has hands that move out of the way of the screen when you’re setting time or alarms, LCD screen is a little bit bigger (but not much), the acrylic screen covering the face feels very thin and cheap and it’s so very light, the strap feels like it’s going to snap or break at any moment. It’s not the fancy watch that everyone is saying it is. My 3 stars are for Price, Solar Watch and comfy on my 7 and a half inch wrist. Do yourself a favour and track down the AQ-S800 off eBay and possibly Amazon. Don’t buy the 810 model either since the bulky housing on this watch feels very thin plastic. If you’re handy with dissecting watches grab an S800 model and stick the inside in a G-Shock casioak case. (Photo)

Uma ótima adição à minha coleção. O relógio é muito bonito, e a cor corresponde exatamente à do anúncio. É um relógio ideal para o dia a dia, com um estilo militar, jovial e menos formal. Foi uma excelente oportunidade para dar uma folga aos meus relógios com pulseira de metal e couro, que agora ficarão reservados para ocasiões mais propícias. ​A configuração inicial não foi difícil. Com o auxílio do manual e de tutoriais na internet, acertei a hora em menos de 10 minutos. Fiquei particularmente impressionado com o ajuste dos ponteiros analógicos: você configura o horário no modo digital e eles se movem para a posição correta de uma só vez. É uma funcionalidade incrível que eu nunca tinha visto. ​Apesar dos seus 50mm de largura, tive a curiosa impressão de que ele era pequeno para o meu pulso de 19 cm nos primeiros dias. Logo percebi o motivo: o mostrador (dial) tem apenas 35mm, o que o torna o menor da minha coleção nesse quesito. A pulseira também é um pouco mais longa que o usual, mas isso não representa um problema. ​O visor negativo não incomoda; na verdade, acredito que ele combina melhor com o design geral do relógio. Os ponteiros possuem um bom lúmen e permanecem visíveis no escuro. A luz de fundo é razoável e cumpre sua função sem exageros. Um ponto positivo é que a luz não é forte a ponto de ofuscar a visão ou incomodar minha esposa quando preciso checar as horas durante a noite. ​Para finalizar com chave de ouro, ele é movido a energia solar, então a bateria não será uma preocupação por muitos anos. Se ele durar mais de 10 anos, como outros relógios básicos da Casio que tive, o investimento já terá se pagado. O único ponto que exige adaptação é o dial pequeno, mas o relógio é tão interessante que você esquece esse detalhe rapidamente.
