Their customer service is EXCELLENT. And they stand behind their products. We were able get our issues resolved with them directly even a little bit after the AMAZON open return window had passed. This particular model of case though, is not the best -- it is a lightweight economy model. Several Members of my family purchased this model of luggage in different colors. The cases seem okay when you get them, although they are somewhat flimsy. They probably would be great for domestic travel in your personal vehicle; but the real test is taking them on an airline. We took a trip to the Middle East from the USA with a stop-over in EUROPE. Three different sets of this luggage had a common issue: THE ZIPPERS BROKE OPEN DURING USE. If you buy these cases, you will need to strap them closed from both directions. Which essentially means that you'll have to buy luggage belts to reinforce this set-up; we believe that this will do the trick. If the zipper pops open, you can unzip them without too much trouble, and then you can reset the zipper in order to re-zip them once again; however the issue seems persistent. Finally, one of the cases had a wheel cave-in that caused the case to wobble and lose balance. These are definitely LIGHT WEIGHT CASES. Nevertheless, they would be perfect for the right application... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My set held up nicely. Only few scratches *by Y***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 8, 2018* Bought two sets. Took on 18 day trip through 3 USA States 2 Canadian Provinces and all over Japan. Moved every two days up and down lots of stairs, in trains, airplanes, subways and buses. My set held up nicely. Only few scratches. 12 year old daughters had one wheel break about half way through trip then completly off last trek home. Largest Suit cases were loaded to the max with 4 double weave GI’s, cloths and books. Simply too heavy for daughter to lift up and down three flights of stairs so she dragged. Overall these cases held up nicely. I was questioning the durability of the zippers yet ended up not having any issues. When zipping and unzipping I found it easier if I lifted the top side at the wheel or handle. This seemed to align zipper for a smoother movement. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service *by P***T on Reviewed in the United States on April 3, 2018* I loved the way it looked and seemed durable. I got my luggage off the carousels and the front zipper was ripped completely off and the bottom of the front flap was ripped open. I don’t know if this was poor quality or abuse by the airlines. However when the seller saw I was unhappy with my purchase they contacted me and made arrangements to replace my case immediately for me.
