Absolutely love this as a snack.

As expected

I absolutely love these mini bars and like to have one now and then as a small treat since I am currently counting calories to lose some weight! They are definitely worth the cost, especially because they are much more expensive at cvs and my local supermarket (if they are even in stock). I would not say they are filling, but these bars are a great snack between meals every so often. According to the nutrition label on the package, each bar contains 3g fiber, 3g protein and 3 g sugar (1% of which is natural occurring sugar, leaving it at only 2g of added sugars). And, even though one mini bar has 7g fat, it does not impede my weight loss progress in the least since I consume fatty foods very, very infrequently. As for the moisture level of the bars, I can say that they are not rock hard like some granola bars, but, of course, there is a crunch to them because of the almonds, which is the first ingredient on the list and therefore most plentiful. I actually prefer to keep them in the freezer since I most enjoy cold snacks, particularly dark chocolates, rather than those at room temperature.

Please note, this is the MINI sized bar. Not the regular sized bars. So regardless of the price it’s on offer, I don’t think it’s worth it.
